Hi, I'm new too! The dr. I am going to gives the B12 shot when you go in every month for the pills. I guess it is supposed to give you an energy boost, but I didn't notice too much of a difference.
The B-12 is suppose to help break down the stored fat in you system. It helps speed up the metabolism, gives you energy and it does something with the liver to break stuff down to help in weight loss.
I used to get the shots too and I never noticed much of a difference in energy level (it didn't override the phentermine anyway). I didn't realize it broke down fat storage. Would it work sublingually as well? I'm not big on going for that shot each month. Thanks for any insight.
I would think that either way would be the same. I am not sure though. I will ask my Dr. when I go back next week, Buying B-12 from the store has to be a lot cheaper than going to the Dr every two weeks.
