Maggie - please be careful. Last year I took phen and when I went to the doctor and they checked my blood pressure it was higher right away. I am a runner so my bloodpressure is ussually low. On phen it jumped and even though I was still in the range considered o.k. - it was high for me. Are you on a high dose of phen? This time I took only 30mg because I was afraid of that happening again.
What dose are you on? Maybe you can split your pill in half instead of having to spend $ and buy a lower dose. Monitor it like you are. PLease be careful. I know for some people who are proned to high blood pressure this is not the drug for them.
Hey - by the way. I couldn't find you on this forum at first. I have started a weight loss diary where you can list with other diaries. ( You probably seen it? ) Anyway, I know we both started within a day of each other so I know for me I am still just figuring this all out but you might want to start a diary. ( I added a ticker that tracks my progress, if you need help just let me know!) Have a great day! - Jo
