I have been taking phen A-160's for 4 days and only experience dry mouth. Have anyone taking these and if so did you lose any weight. I am not getting the energy that everyone is raving about. Please share your information?

Sorry to here about you problem I have been taking them since 2-15 I have lost 5 pounds so far. I have not weighed myself since the 16th because I was begining to step on the scale everytime I walked past it. I can say that I was able to buy a size smaller jeans this weekend so I am assuming it is probably a little more than 5 by now...I have not stated my exercise program yet, but have been watching what I am eating and dringing plenty of water....

Thanks for responding, I have been taking them for 6 days now and I could'nt resist stepping on the scale, I weighed myself monday Feb 20 and I lost a total of 4 pounds. Horray for me, I also have not started any exercising but I have changed what I've been eatng and drinking 96 oz ow H2O everyday since taking the pills. Horray I am so happy, but I still get hungry sometimes my appetite is not fully curved and the dry mouth is not so dry anymore. I still do not get any other symptoms other than the slight dry mouth. What are you experiencing?

I can not really say if I had a dry mouth or not because I had gotten a sore throat before I had started taking the pills. But i am not one to really drink water but I have noticed that is all I crave. Around 3 oclock I feel as if I am getting tired but when I get home from work It is like I can not sit down, I have to be doing something.There are times not many that I start to feel a little hungry so I just pick up the water and drink.......
