Good idea pouring it out! I know how you feel. I even had a bad feeling
in my throat like I couldn't breathe unless I had a coke because my brain
thought the bubbles helped it. So, I can relate to you in this stressful
time of withdrawal.

Drink as much water as you can, so you just can't drink a soda anymore.
Find things to do to keep yourself busy as a distraction. You're doing well
so far today. Don't give up!

Yea I am really trying hard I am drinking plenty of water although I am not so sure how I am going to do on the calories I dont think I can make 1500 in a day thats alot of food I had a cup of grits for breakfast with no salt or margerine so that is only 130 calories and if I do a healty choice meal for lunch that is only 280 calories I still have a ton of calories left and I know I cant eat that many calories for dinner plus I dont like eating a large dinner any advice and another thing is that I dont snack inbetween meals

A cup of grits for breafast is very detremental to your weight loss.
You need to balance your diet out with 40% carbs, 30% protein and
30% unsaturated fat in every meal. You cannot just approach your
weight loss by focusing on calories. In order to lose more weight
permanently and increase your health overall, you need to eat
properly, and there's no way around it. Your body will thank you
for it though!

Your breakfast just did three things:

1. Slowed down your metabolism
2. Didn't fuel your body properly, as it had no protein, really.
3. Encouraged your body to store the carbs as fat.

Please read this article:

It's ok, you are trying and that is the point. You just need some
education on what eating right actually entails. Please read through
that article I mentioned above, as it will help you understand more.

Don't feel bad! You're doing a good job so far.
