Hi,

I just started Phentermine Hydrochloride 37.5mg on February 1, 2006. So far I am unable to tell how much pounds excatly I have lost because I did not have a scale but recently purchased one. I can feel the difference in my clothes. I exercise 5 times a week doing 30 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of abs work. My diet consists of for breakfast I eat yougurt with slivered almond in it and a fruit and some decaf coffee. Lunch is mostly fruits with soup or a turkey sandwich (whole bread), and dinner is vergetable with fish or chicken. I dring tons of water daily. I am very excited so far because I can feel the difference in my clothes. Well I went on the scale on Monday and I am weighing 180 pounds. I have an event to go to the last weekend in April.
Do you think it is possible I can lose about 20 pounds or 25 ponds by then? Can someone tell if I need to take any water pill also with the phentermine? Or if I need to do anything to boost my weight loss?

Every person reacts to phentermine differently. You seem to have a good routine going. What has really worked for me (without using phentermine; I should be receiving my pills soon) has been strength training. Add weights to your workout. I'm sure combining that with the pill will make tremendous results. You shouldn't have a problem losing 20lbs by the end of April; it may be more.
