I had gastric bypass in Aug 2004 and I got down to 157 (from 230) but I started to gain in November 2005 so I decided that I would start on phentermine in January 2006. I've only used the 37.5 (A-159) sporadically but already I've lost 15 lbs from Jan 1 to March 6. Most times I have only been taking 1/2 pill which seems to work just fine for my body weight.
