 HI everyone im doing pretty good but im at a standstill! im eating right drinking tons of water and am losing just very slow im planning my wedding its in early june. Im at 140 now which is ok but i want the extra lumps in my thighs to recede some so i can choose a kinda hugging just simple white silk spagetti strap gown as were having it out by our pool. I do look ok but whith the (thunder Thighs) the dress i want to wear is not gonna look good! I only plan on doing this once so i want to remember everything as great. Anyone who knows how to kinda speed up matabolism or fat burn please tell me i have a couple of months so i know it should be doable. Thanks all yall are true inspiration :cool:
