i take the ephedra. I started out on it, lost 100 lbs it was the metabalife 356. I got preggo and gained 50 lbs my son is now 3 and i was at 150 when i decided to take the phen , i only did cause ephedra was banned at that time. I started to take the phen on feb 3 and was doing real good in a months time i had lost 13 lbs 5 inches off the waist and a few off the thighs,but at about week 5 the resistance was there like i wasnt even taking it anymore. So at that time about a week ago i asked my max muscle in town its a nutritional suppliment place like gnc about the ephedra it was back on the market at that time the original metabalife had 25 mgs of ephedra in it even though the metabathin says same dose its not its only i think the guy said 15 mg so since i knew ephedra workrd for me ( check my pics thats ephedra results) i asked what was comparable to the 356 he gave me lipodrenew/ ephedra it has 25 mgs of it. Even though i lost my weight on ephedra the phen has worked too my system just builds up resistance so quick and man am i moody on it so as of now im on my lipodrene and have like 45 phen pills left. :cool:
