I'm starting 30 mg phen later this week, and I need to lose 20-30 pounds (starting weight 150). Is 1 30 mg phen per day enough??? Jan

you only take 1 a day and I wouldnt take more than that you could mess up your heart :eek:

I agree with Hypnotist. I only recommend taking the prescribed amount
of one capsule daily. It should be enough for you, but if you still feel
hungry as normal when you take them, your body may be tolerant
to the phentermine.

I take 30mg's and it lasts through out the day for me. If you feel like it is wearing down towards the night I take chromium pill and it gives ya a boost to stop cravings.

:? :? Hi. I am new here but My doctor has had me, previously on phentermine 30mg. & adipex 37.5 threex a day. Not at the same time, of course. I am taking the A159 right now and it is just not the same. I may have to go back to Dr. for script and not order on-line anymore.
