actually, i lost about 25 lbs before christmas with the help of walking. (no phentermine) it is a good excersize, but in the last 2 weeks i have incorporated windson pilates 3 times a week.....i am a member of the gym, and i will make no excuse for that one, i havent gone in 3 weeks. this morning shows i lost another pound so we will see. anyone else having this issue?

i started on phen on 3/3/06, the first 2 weeks i've lost 15lbs so far, now i'm at a stand still, so i started working out & weight training (light weight training) i haven't lost any more pounds, for some reason everyone at work is starting to notice that my weight is going down, i feel that i'm lossing inches.

I lost 7 lbs. the first 2 weeks, then got "stuck" for almost 2 weeks i didn't lose anything!!!! Then finally it picked back up and i lost 2 pounds in one week. don't know why...i wasn't doing anything different. i may have eaten just a little more b/c i was discouraged but other than that....i don't know. just hang in there and don't give up. good luck!

I have been on 30mg for 8 weeks, plus I am doing weight watchers and walking 6 miles a day on the treadmill and I have only lost 8 pounds. I am really getting discouraged. I just re-ordered (3/13 from cc basket and still waiting), and increased the mg to 37.5. I am hoping this makes a difference. I think the 30mg are just giving me more energy to walk the 6 miles, but not curbing my appetite AT ALL. I am also drinking plenty of water.

i know its easy to get discouraged when you are not loosing as fast a s you want , but are your clothes looser and what are you eating on a daily basis ? i have joined curves and doing a low cal diet, but i am trying to eat more because i think my body was trying to hoard the food because its too low calorie

My jeans are fitting much better, but I am not ready to go down a size yet. I eat different daily. I am trying to follow the weight watchers plan, having 20 points a day. It is just so hard. It is all too hard. I just want to be skinny.

don't give up bigbutt (jeez i hate callin you that!) i know it's hard. i think about dieting non stop and always have. the phentermine will help you, just keep going even if you hit a plateau. you will eventually break thru it. we're all here for support.
