I started with the R-316. I felt the difference. Helped with appetite and energy. I just started with the A-159's today and I do not have the appetite suppression that I felt with the R-316. I could just be an off day. However, I am concerned with this because I got the R-316's from a local pharmacy and ordered the A-159's on-line. The A-159's look exactly like the picture that you have supplied, could the still be fake?
