Has anyone had any nausea/vomiting on the phentermine? I take the 37.5 mg's. I'm fine all day, don't usually eat anything. But at night, I'll eat supper and by the time I lay down, after about an hour or so I'm really sick. Not every night, but very frequently. Even on the days that I skip a dosage, I'm getting sick a couple of hours after I eat. I'm getting concerned. I'm so miserable but I don't want to quit taking the pills, they are working wonders for me.

I get real sick like that when I dont eat enough. I think it has something to do with your metab kicking in and your body not having any food in it. I dunno. I started paying closer attention to how often I eat. I make sure to have something small every 4 hours. Worked like a charm

Is this your first time taking this pill? My first time, I also felt sick & felt like vomitting. I did vomit a couple of times. I think the other person is right - it has to do with how much you are eating.
