Has anyone tried the 37.5 pills and the blue capsules. I need to know which is better.Please help!

I have only taken the blue and white pills because I like the fact I can break them in half if the dosage is too strong. The capsules you have to take it all at once.
I have success at the blue and white ones, 37.5 and like I said, you have more control on your dosage.

I have taken the 37.5 tablets and the 30 mg blue and white. Personally, I prefer the 30 mg blue and white, I think the time release works better for me. But everyone is different, you may have to try both and see what you think
