Can you list your phentermine side effects?

I started doing this sculpt and cleanse spurred more weight loss and lots of inches off the tummy!

Ok..this is my first day on the pill..I have a crazy question..notice its 12:51 AM..and I'm itching like crazy..does anyone else experience this..or is it just me?

Medicines usually cause allergic reactions on the 2nd dose, but it could be an allergy. Your doctor may ask you to add 25 mg of Benedryl, but it also may counter the phenermine.

Please call your pharmacist and your doctor and don't try it on your own.

Most folks complain of headache, jitteriness and cotton mouth for a few days. Some find taking half the dose is best for that, yet still works for them.

yeah susan i have not had that so i would not know the only thing i have is constipation which i hate but have been keeping up the fiber to help

The first couple weeks were bad. Headaches, heart pounding and just feeling a bit drugged and bad breath and insomnia. But after 4 weeks and -12 lbs side effects are much better. I take 1/2 a pill around 9 am and that's helped with sleep, headaches and heart pounding much better, I drink water all day long. The bad breath is still bad but I brought a toothbrush to work and pop mints to help. Good luck to you! These forums have some really helpful and supportive people here.

Oh the constipation, forgot about that. I take digestive enzymes after meals and that has really helped with that problem. Also to aid in sleep I take herbal GABA and that has also helped and I haven't had any adverse reactions with either.

I had horrible hives & itching while taking a certain batch of Phentermine. For the longest time I didn't know what it was from, if it was allergies or laundry soap so I just dealt. So many factors made me think it was related to my home and not the med itself. However I had the chance to search a data base of perscription meds and their side effects and on that list I found hives & itching to be a side effect. I was relieved.

Beyond the itchiness I was fine otherwise. I haven't had this problem since that batch of Phen was recalled due to not lasting until it's expiration date.

Now that I've been on & off Phen for so long I don't experience any side effects, not even dry mouth which is a downer as I know I don't drink as much as I should and that side effect really helped me to stay hydrated. I also had headaches in the beggining.
