Can you list your phentermine side effects?

I take HALF 37.5 once a day

How long have you been on it?

I have light to medium anxiety (but I am very prone to anxiety anyway)
I get chest pain but mostly on one side, not in the middle. Feels more like muscle tension or indigestion than anything else. It is painful but it usually goes away.
Constipation. 8-) argh!!!!!!!

i am on 37.5
My side effects are severe dry mouth and bad headaches, sometimes nausea. I dont like it at all.. All im saying is this better all be worth it in the long run

Hi, I just started Phen. on the 5th of this month and I am having the same side effects as you are. I hope they lessen as time passes. I have also noticed a little bit of paranoia about my health i.e. I had this strange head ach that felt like pressure build up and I gat a little panicy thinking I was having an anyerism or something. Other than that things are working well.

Headaches
Constipation
Missed menstrual cycles
Acne
Sharp Pains in my stomach
Hands and feet constantly cold

That's all that has been noticeably different since I started back in Dec.

Hi...I've been on Phentermine 30mg AM, and 1.5 37.5mg early afternoon for 3 months. My Doc said if I needed to, I could adjust the dosage from 1.5 to 2 pills in the afternoon. Sometimes I only take 1. So far I've lost 39 lbs...with 27 more to go. The only side effects I've noticed are dry mouth and insomnia for the first couple of weeks. The best 'side effect' I've noticed is that I'm not craving carbs. I've been able to give up all sugar, flour and other 'white' things. I do still drink coffee but it hasn't seemed to cut down on the phentermines effectiveness.

Side effects?
Constant teeth clenching, blurred vision due to soft contacts started to "rotate" a little, for some reason. Irritability, big time. A little jittery. Insomnia - I slept 2 hours last night. I am thinking of taking 1/2 dose for a few days. Happily, I am no longer starving and it was easy to stick to 1200 calories today. I have 50-60 lbs to lose; I am a mom of 5 at 200lbs right now.

I have some of the "norm" side effects.....

shortness of breath from time to time, not usually
"cracked out" as I like to call it
Racing heart but only at times, nothing constant

Here is what is freaking me out a bit. I have noticed that I am starting to get spider veins on my face. Could they have already been there???? Yes, but I do feel that some of them are new, I have noticed them showing up on my nose. I am sure I am the only one that notices them but, they are there. Does anyone else have this going on?? Just wondering if it is just me or if maybe the phen may be causing them.

I could go off of the phen now but I seem to keep hanging on to them!

Hello Everyone!
Im on my 8th day and so far so good! This forum came to my attention cause of the side effects. Its weird cause I have had a couple that everyone has listed such as the itched (only on the top of my foot and my wrists, nothing too serious) and the dry mouth (which tastes horrible might I add) The headaches are ususally cause Im not drinking enough water but the craziest thing is scince my 2nd day Ive had this little pain inbetween my shoulder blades that feels like those things they put on you when you go to the chiropractor, its called electro therapy or something like that well anyway it feels like electricity pain or something? haha really hard to explain sometimes it feels weird and sometimes it hurts a little. I have never felt this in my life!!! Although its not that bad just kinda weird? sometimes ill have to move around so it dosent hurt. ???? Any one know about something like this?
P.S Sometimes when I have dry mouth and I get hungry Ill chew a piece of gum, it helps with the hunger and dry mouth

Late to this one.... Just a note for when it's time to come off of them. I am a calm, easing going, relaxed type personality, but when I stopped taking them, I was terribly paranoid, edgy and tearful. Not me at all typically. The second time around, I came off of them slowly. Cutting doses in half for a few days and then taking a half one day and skipping the next day and so on, for several days. Taking time to come off of them.

I too had the headaches, dry mouth, blurry vision, heart pounding and flushed at times in the beginning. But I did lose weight and had super woman energy. I'm sure it's because of the metabolism boost. Mine must be slow for the norm.
