I was just wondering, instead of going through a dozen post looking for one specific thing, could we take a moment to list any basic side effects you HAD or that you STILL experience while taking your Phen?

How much do you take a day?
I take HALF 37.5 once a day

How long have you been on it?
About 2 weeks

Side effects?I have a headache a lot, but if I drink enough water it is not so bad.
I have light to medium anxiety (but I am very prone to anxiety anyway)
I get chest pain but mostly on one side, not in the middle. Feels more like muscle tension or indigestion than anything else. It is painful but it usually goes away.
Constipation. 8-) argh!!!!!!!

I get headaches also - usually at night. I also feel very on edge a lot. I can tell a big difference when I'm off. Other than that, I haven't had any major side effects <knock on wood>.

My biggie was constipation like really bad. I started doing this sculpt and cleanse spurred more weight loss and lots of inches off the tummy! And moody like so bad hubby said he didnt want to come home and kids told grams to stay away from mommy but that was all. Idrink a gallon of water a day thats probally why i dont have dry mouth and i had headaches even bfore the meds so that didnt change. :cool:

Headaches are killer ,side pains sometimes going down right leg,zoned out towards the end of the day and incredibly edgy.I mean if my hubby gets dirt on the floor he is out the window!

I'm such a bitch that my coworkers have given Adipex the nickname "Crackipex"!!
I go from 0-bitch in milliseconds and I grit my teeth alot. I tend to go from bubbly and energetic to psycho-beotch and back again, and I get really anxious and bored.

I have noticed that on my "off days" when I don't take the pill I am drained of energy and tend to get depressed. Sometimes I'll fall asleep at work if I haven't taken my pill. I also get cramps in my legs and feet due to some affect it has on your potassium absorption.

I have horrible dry mouth. Nothing takes it away. I drink plenty of water. The big side effect for me would be the mood swings. Mainly depression. BAD. I have to keep reminding myself that this feeling is just the pill. Nothing pleases me when I am taking it.
