HI EVERYONE! KINDA NEW HERE AND HAD A FEW QUESTIONS. I'VE BEEN TAKING PHENTERMINE (37.5 MG) FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS NOW (DOWN 5, 20 TO GO!) MY DR. HAS ME ON A 1200 CAL DIET WITH NO MORE THAN 30G OF FAT, BUT IT IS REALLY HARD TO EVEN EAT THAT. I MIGHT EAT AN APPLE OR SOMETHING OF A MORNING AND ALITTLE SOMETHING FOR LUNCH (PROTEIN) AND SOME CEREAL FOR DINNER (FIBER). I KNOW THAT YOUR BODY WILL ACTUALLY STORE THE FAT INSTEAD OF BURNING IT IF IT THINKS ITS STARVING. I LOST THE 5 POUNDS THE FIRST WEEK AND SO FAR HAVENT LOST ANYTHING THIS WEEK AND WAS SCARED THATS WHY. I WAS JUST WONDERING IF THERE IS A SET MINUMUM OF WHAT YOU NEED BEFORE YOU START STORING INSTEAD OF LOSING. THANKS FOR ANY HELP.
