Hi there!
I have been taking it about a month (I took a break last week from it due to a stomach bug) but I found that if I take a tylenol pm, it helps alot to slow the mind racing down when it comes to bedtime.
Also, be sure to eat. Really, starving is not going to help anyone and it is going to run your body down, so be sure to eat healthy even if you have to force yourself!
