I would like to say what a wonderful site this is. Everyone is so supportive and I appreaciate each and every one of you. :grin:
I started Phen a 159 A
37.5 a couple days ago. Natrually, I am a pretty energetic person full of life. The day I took it, i was spazed out. I started cleaning like a psyco for 3 hours straight. I would not stop. It was crazy. I cleaned so hard I could not walk the next morning...lol!
I did not sleep at all. I felt so sorry for my husband because I was tossing and turning all night long. I had taken a tynelol p.m. It did nothing for me but gave me a headache.
So I decided to take it again the next day. I felt very stimulated all day. I take it around 11:00 because I try to sleep as much as I can in the morning afraid I would lose sleep on this. It lasts in me all day and all night even through the morning. I did not sleep again the second night and had taken a muscle relaxer that always helps me sleep. I did sleep for 2 hours and woke up wide awake at 3:00 a.m and stayed up the rest of the morning. I also zoned out like could not move at all and I felt complete energy it was really weird.
The third day I did not take it because I wanted to sleep. I still had no appetite, I still could not sleep and had tons of energy. Does this stuff stay in your body for a long time after taking it or what?
Should I split my dose in half? Or continue to take it whole and let my body adjust to it? I normally have low blood pressure or normal unless I am just angry then it goes up. I do notice I am extremly irritated and get mad over stupid things fast and I can hear my heartbeat through my ear. Then when I calm down it goes away. My heart did feel like a ache.
I enjoy excercise and enjoy jogging but I am afraid to excercise on this stuff feeling like my heart beat is to fast. Has anyone ever had to wait for this medication to adjust then work out? I need to know if I should chill on working out for a couple weeks. That stinks because I will feel like I am gaining weight if I am not working out. I have a lot of muscle on my body and I am afraid of losing that.
I am nervous about working out my body on no sleep, seems dangerous to me. Also, I wanted to know has any of you taken this like maybe every other day or 3 to 4 times a week, then let your body rest throughout the weekend? I am thinking that might work best for me.
