After a few days off the adipex, i will begin again tomorrow. Should I start with 1/2 pill? My blood pressure and heart rate went very high on Saturday night. However I think it was a combo of the pill/nerves and coffee? Any advice? Anyone heard of something like this? Is there any danger in starting again for a few weeks? I was doing ss well--i hate to stop but I want to be smart about it to. I do not want to put myself in danger.

You might take half for day or two or half early then other half early afternoon. You could see how you are doing then watch it with caffiene. Maybe decaf.

That's all I can think of. Maybe others will have other suggestions.
