It going to be few weeks before I get my Phentermine, but in the meantime, I have a question. I have some old stacker 2 lights (the good kind, with ephedra!) that I have been taking for a couple weeks. Its probably a bad idea to take them with the phentermine, right? I mean, will I have a heart attack or anything? Or will they possibly cancel each other out?

Its probably a stupid question, but I was wondering if anyone out there has taken the 2 together.

Before a friend turned me on to phen I used to swear by the old Yellow Jackets and Super Stingers w/ephedra. In the past I have used 1 ephedra based pill before workouts, but then again I was only taking 1/2 of a 37.5mg phen pill per day several hours beforehand. It depends on your own body mass and tolerance. I wouldn't take them around the same time of day--you would be as jittery as a crackhead!!!! You must understand though that I did it strictly for energy and extra help for my asthma during workouts. I never noticed them to have alot of appetite suppression qualities--they just give you energy, clear your lungs and make you have to pee a whole lot!!!!!
