Hello,
Maybe the reason why you stopped is because you have been working out twice a day. Muscle weighs more then fat. (I am sure you knew that) Anyhow you could be gaining muscle which is excellent!
What you probally need to do is change your workout routine. I used to be a womens trainer and I learned so much through that job. Your body will stop losing if you do the same workout routine over and over again. You need to switch it up and trick your body in doing different routines.
Also, what is helpful if you use an elliptical or running machine, you can start at a low level and every 2 minutes take it up a notch. To the highest you can do then go back down then up again and max out at the fastest you can handle. This will be great for your fat burning and provides a good way to mix things up.
Also, doing this outside work very well. (I love being outside.) :-) Are you using free weights? If I may ask you, what is your workout routine on a daily basis?
Well, hope this helps some...Talk to a soon...
