Hi, I'm sarah. I just started on phentermine on tuesday. I've been getting nausea during the day and migraine headaches in the evening. I started a routine diet and exercise. I workout every morning on a cardio machine until I've reached one mile, about 1/2 hour with short water breaks. I've been trying to drink a lot of water. Usually around 6 big glasses/day, about 12 cups? I've been eating 3 meals per day, cutting down my calorie intake. Am I doing it right? Any tips for me? Should I be eating 3 meals per day with phentermine or am I supposed to be anorexic since it's an appetite suppressant? Help?!

well for one you are NOT supposed to be anorexic! You need to get your calories up! You need to be eating atleast 1200 calories a day. i know that sounds like alot, but your body has to have that many calories for energy! You are probably feeling sick from not eating enough. It's best to try and eat something every 3-4 hours. Eating more often that way speeds up your metabolism also. So even if it's something small, PLEASE try to eat more.

Headaches are one of the side effects that come along with Phentermine. They should go away before long. Click on the words Side Effects and see what all this report has to say about them. It will help you out quite a bit.

Thanks for the advice. I do eat 3 meals per day, about 900 calories. I should probably add some more in there somewhere, hopefully I'll stop getting sick. Thanks again!
