Hi, I'm sarah. I just started on phentermine on tuesday. I've been getting nausea during the day and migraine headaches in the evening. I started a routine diet and exercise. I workout every morning on a cardio machine until I've reached one mile, about 1/2 hour with short water breaks. I've been trying to drink a lot of water. Usually around 6 big glasses/day, about 12 cups? I've been eating 3 meals per day, cutting down my calorie intake. Am I doing it right? Any tips for me? Should I be eating 3 meals per day with phentermine or am I supposed to be anorexic since it's an appetite suppressant? Help?!
