I am so not the one to tell everyone this right now because I am failing at it working for me, but here is a great quote that I heard somewhere, not sure where. Just wanted to pass it along to anyone who might like it. You know, post it on the refridgerator, or bathroom mirror, or wherever you might see it daily.

"Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels."

Do with this as you please, it does help me sometimes, but sometimes, it seems nothing will help. Hopefully that will change for me shortly.
