I have ordered from this company and charged me and I've got nothing from them except a charge on my credit card and 2 emails saying a delay in shipment. But, I ordered back in the end of March, wanted to know if anyone else has had the problem?

Also, for 90 tablets of 37.5 is was total $117 - some of the other places are almost a $80 dollars more....ouch!! someone did post that they paid
$104 for one site but when I went to it, it was much more than that....
any suggests please?

:( Safe trust is not safe to trust I guess. You should know what you are dealing with before you order. This place is filled w/this type of thing happening. Ian has a list of trusted pharmacies and has put his reputation on the line as well. Yes, they may be a little higher in price but you will receive them and they will be the real deal. Sometimes it can be an expensive lesson to learn. You should call your c.c. and dispute the charge. I am sure they have already gotten your money but not too late to still do something about it. top-dawg :eek:

i placed an order on 04/05/06 and only had one email from them right after placing the order stating the 7-13 day delay. needless to say -- way past that time frame. i have sent at least 5 emails just inquiring approximate delivery and no response. tried the number 866-259-7122 and receive a recorded message with music after and then it just goes to a fast busy signal indicating to me that this call isn't in line to be answered. the money is a "pending transaction" according to my account information. despite that - it would be nice to find out what is going on with them. their website - betaprescription.com has no comments about delayed shipping and the faq's still say that orders placed will be shipped in 1-2 days. if anyone finds out more info -- please share!

:eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: I believe it has to do with 1 or 2 things, maybe both. Ian knows how it works. Everyone thinks that there are hundreds of pharmacies, thousands even. In reality there really are any where near that amount. Everyday they shut some down. There are probably at least 1/2 dozen "processing" places and most connect one way or the other w/ these little sites. One more reason why people that are going to order on line can be putting themselves in a very bad position. Losing money is one thing, losing your life ...uh uh! The 3 places that are on phen forum Ian backs w/his rep and his money for many reasons. They always respond to his questions. he knows they are legit. and they may cost a bit more but, again you will get what you have paid for & won t put your life in jeopardy. A good friend not only recently ordered on line ,never even checking it out ( she is very young ) but she did know the things that can and do happen. The delivery was made to m-i-l s house and my mother -in - law took a look and took them right out of her hands. Thank God. When she brought them to me I certainly did not recognise them either. AS it was she ordered from an overseas company so... A long story short I sent two to a lab we used. The main ingredient was quinine (in itself pretty harmless ) It was the traces of codeine that really enraged me. The girl that ordered them is extremely allergic to opiates of any sort. Case Closed. If I were doing this I would "Go with what you know" Stay safe, not sorry. top-dawg :eek: :shock: :( :(

I had a similar problem, luckily they never charged my account. I cancelled my order and took denisetexas's advice and ordered through http://www.phentermine-eprescribe.com/, I ordered I think either on Wed or Thur of last week, and today on Wed the following week I am looking at my new bottle of Phentermine 37.5 90 count. I couldn't be happier with their customer service. They sent emails during the whole process and sent me a tracking number to see where they were. They were fast and easy!!! Thanks!!!

I ordered from safetrustprocessing.. ndapharmacy.. ccbasket... all the same.. every one of those site/phone #s that I could contact ALL had my order on their file.. all told me that it would be in the next day/week.. I ordered on 4/3.. they took my money on 4/4... I'm still waiting... 866-259-7122 is the same "customer service" number I called. Try calling 1-800-274-1935 (ccbasket cust. serv.) Sometimes they actually answer and they'll tell you they only deal with "ordering" not "order status".. but keep them on the phone and give them your order number. They actually had the nerve to put me on hold.. come back and tell me they were "sorry.. my order was on "back order" and they've spoken to their supervisor and the order will be sent immediately." That was last Wed. nothing yet. Let me know what happens with your order.

I too had the same problem with safetrustprocessing/NDA pharmacy. I placed an order on April 3rd and after posting several questions on the staus of my order along with numerous calls to them (never got an answer...just on hold for an hour!) I finally gave up and figured I just lost out on the money spent. HOWEVER, I FINALLY RECIEVED A FEDEX TRACKING NUMBER TODAY!! (May 13th!) It is due to arrive Monday morning. So, I think they were just seriously backlogged. It may take a VERY long time, but you WILL recieve your order eventually! Hope this helps ease some of your minds!

Hi RMK, You are absolutely correct. They actually are beyond backlogged. Eventually everyone will receive their order. They say "We are doing the best we can." The DEA regulates certain meds, this being one of them and a pharmacy is only permitted to order/stock/fill a certain amount. This could be part of the problem. I am glad you finally received yours. It will give hope for those who are still waiting. Thanks for letting everyone know. top-dawg
