Hi Cheryl, The one thing you can do is you really need to drink more water. Exercise is a crucial part of any diet. You burn more calories when you are exercising so you will drop weight faster. If you do not have a lot of time to spare you should sign up for Ians "How To Beat The Top Five Excuses For Not Exercising" You can find it In Fitness Forum. They are actually quite good.
