What time do you take your phentermine? I know you are supposed to take it in the morning, but I get up so early and am starving...so I eat breakfast, then take it about 10:00. If I take it at 6:00am BEFORE breakfast, I'm afraid it will wear off before night time. If I try to take it before I eat breakfast, I will starve to death.
When is the best time? Do any of you eat before you take it?

If you eat before you take it, just make sure you are waiting about an hour after you eat. You don't want it to make you sick. If you take it before you eat, 30 minutes to an hour would be about right for then also. I would mix it up sometimes when I was taking the Phen.

oh and I also wanted to tell you that depending on what mg's you are taking you can split them in half. If you are taking the 37.5's you can split them and take half in the morning, and half in the afternoon. That way they don't wear out before the night comes. Hope I have been of some help!

I take mine at 7:00 am every morning and don't go to bed till about 10:00 or 11:00 and it is just then starting to fade out. I take 37.5 mg
