I REALLY BELIEVE THAT IF THESE COMPANIES WOULD JUST HAVE SOME DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE-EVEN IF IT WAS JUST TO SAY HELLO,YES WE HAVE YOUR ORDER AND WILL FILL IT AS SOON AS WE CAN- PLEASE KEEP CHECKING YOUR E-MAIL FOR SHIPMENT NOTICE AND IF YOU DO NOT HEAR ANYTHING IN THE NEXT WEEK PLEASE GIVE US A CALL BACK. A LITTLE REASURANCE WOULD GO ALONG WAY AND KEEP MOST PEOPLE FROM THINKING THEY ARE BEING RIPPED OFF .PLEASE TRY AND HANG IN THERE! You know what's ironic is the responses that people are getting. I placed my order and when I inquired, I was told to "be patient" but was NEVER given more than a 7 - 10 day window for shipping, which still never happened.

The problem I have with all of this "waiting" is how quickly the window of opportunity closes for filing a dispute with your credit card company for a chargeback. If you use a debit card, the time frame is even shorter. I have elected to act fast, the sooner the better, and I am mailing my dispute form & letter to my credit card company tomorrow. I refuse to sit & wait for a refund considering all of the other statements from CCbasket haven't exactly panned out for me!!! I have a charge for $107.00 on my credit card date 05/01/06 and nothing to show for it but many hours wasted trying to sift through the ruble to find some answers!!! I waited for my prescription, which never arrived, but I won't wait around for a refund that probably won't come if I don't initiate something with Visa myself. I also found quite a few "bad" reports on other sites regarding CCbasket, safetrustprocessing, and a couple other "processing companies" that are all affiliated with one another.

If there is a phentermine shortage.....QUIT TAKING ORDERS!!! I think it is pretty simple. Don't promise what you can't/won't deliver!!! There are too many problems here & too many unanswered questions regarding CCbasket - or whoever they "really" are.

YES JOVI! I AGREE THEY SHOULD REALLY STOP TAKING ORDERS TILL THEY CAN PROCESS THE ONES THEY ALREADY HAVE!!! I USED A DEBIT CARD FOR ONE OF MY "DELAYED ORDERS" 26 DAYS TO BE EXACT-SINCE IT WAS WITH MY LOCAL TOWN BANK THAT I HAVE BEEN WITH FOR 15 YRS(YES I AM OLD) ALL I HAD TO DO WAS CALL THEM-I WENT DOWN SIGNED A PAPER DISPUTING THE CHARGE-BUT I HAD ALSO E-MAILED THE COMPANY AND GAVE THEM 3 DAYS TO REFUND ME-LOW AND BEHOLD THE CREDIT WAS ON MY CARD WITHIN 2 DAYS AFTER THAT!
I KNOW HOW FRUSTRATING IT IS-I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND LIKE I SAID BEFORE IT IS A SHAME PEOPLE CANNOT GO TO THEIR DOCS AND GET THIS MED LIKE ANY OTHER MED FOR ANY OTHER AILMENT AND NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS! I WISH YOU LUCK!

How long should one wait before going to the bank and dispute charges? I am going into my second week waiting even though I was told it would be shipped within five business days. I too am dealing with ccbaskets,safetrustprocessing, ndapharmacy and I am beginnning to feel I have been had. I have been unsucessful at getting through to them with both emails and phone calls.

Hi gingerho, When your order says active it simply means, it was received, it was turned over to the "doctor" and the "doctor has approved it. It doesn't mean anything other than that. Eventually, It is to be sent to the fulfillment pharmacy to be filled. When that's completed, ideally,you are to be emailed with your tracking number, and thereby have an expected delivery date. Don't take the "five days" as an absolute. It could mean anything from 2 days to 15 days. I suggest in the mean time, log on to your orders page at least 2x a day. When you see it has been sent to fufullment, you need to keep track of whether it actually has been shipped. You will know within one day of receiving a tracking number. If only the information has been sent electronically, you will need to make contact immediately. Once your order leaves active and is transferred to history it is one major snafau. As it stands right now, everyone is trying to pass the buck to someone else. The shipper blames UPS and FedEx and they blame either the shipping company or the pharmacy. I have found out two things today . UPS and FedEx are having problems with the electronic information. UPS actually came up with one members orders. She placed two orders in different names, but on the same web site. At least we now have one very ,very pleased member. That's two down, I don't have the number of how many more we're working on. It changes literally from one moment to the next. Please be patient, as both Ian and I are working on the ones that we have been given complete information on. dawg

If you used a Debit Card to pay for the phen, you only have 60 days BUT the longer you wait, the harder it gets. If you used a Credit Card, you have a little longer but, again, the sooner you file, the better. I would recommend cancelling the order BEFORE filing a dispute though. You will need to provide sufficient info to your debit/credit card company that you attempted to communicate with them to no avail.

The reason I filed a dispute was because I was told it would take 10 days to PROCESS my refund by CCbasket...this did not mean that I would receive my refund in 10 days. I felt that I was being "put on hold" so I would run out of time to file a dispute and get my money back. It just bothered me that it took less than 24 hours to charge my card for the order but it will take up to 2 weeks for a refund??? I was charged for a product that never even shipped and was told this product would ship in 7 - 10 business days, which obviously did not happen.

It is up to you how you choose to handle this but I definately felt scammed. There was NO mention of a phentermine shortage back in April when I placed my order but after they got my money, they were not able to send the pills, only weak excuses about why they hadn't been sent.

Maybe somebody here can help you...I never asked for assistance and at this point I just want my money back!!! I hope you find some resolution!!!

After reading Ian's recommendations re CC Basket I went ahead and ordered from them on 17May, they debited my credit card but I have yet to hear from them other then the initial "be patent we are experiencing delays". When trying to check on my order status it wont recognise my e-mail or order number etc and all e-mails I've sent to them are returned. I have tried all addresses I've seen on this site but to no avail. I cant even cancel, this is so frustrating! I'd be hugely grateful for any further suggestions
