5-HTP and B-12 and Phen

Hi, I love 5htp it has helped so much with mood swings and side effects from the phen. I think that they should be sold side by side.
i havent taken B12. ive herd alot about it and should prolly look in to it.

DUCKROOSTER..I take the same as you..but I also that chromium, multi-vitamin and iron too...dang..I am taking alot..whew

I remember taking my B-12 shots, which I was already on before weight loss, once a month. I took 5-HTP with Phen in the early hours of the morning, together. That worked great for me!

My "suspicious" phentermine seems to be legit, it just took 3 full days to get into my system. I purchased the B-12 and the 5-htp and will begin them tomorrow. When I took phen in the past I, also, remember days when there would be no effect whatsoever. It was really strange.

I've never heard of the 5-HTP but it sounds very interesting. I'm going to have to research it online.... all those things it is supposed to help with...that'd be cool in one pill. lol

I'm a firm believer in multi vitamins and I love mine.

The 5Htp really helps my mood...I take that instead of Prozac because my prozac loses its effectiveness while taking phen...It has helped a great deal, I am considering taking this after I get off phen instead of going back to prozac
