i have a friend who has had cancer she is no longer on chemo but still on steroids which has caused her to gain alot of weight. she says she wants to take phentermine to help her lose all the weight. does anyone know if taking steroids an phentermine at the same is ok?

It sounds kind of dangerous but I don't know for sure if they interact at all. I think Steroids are a stimulant and so is the Phentermine. Just my 2 cents. Top Dawg would probably know for sure.

Hi fjwelt, Do you know which steroids your friend is taking ? There are many and it is important to know which one(s) as some do interact w/ phentermine and others do not. BTW Steroids are not a stimulant. dawg
