Hi krystalkj5, I think I can tell you what that means. This happens frequently, with many companies, not just internet pharmacies. The "label" is electronically shipped to UPS or FEDEX, usually the day before. This contains all the necessary shipping information. Frequently, for one reason or another, the package does not go out. Normally it would be voided automatically when this happens. At that point the shipping co. would start the process all over again and would be given a new tracking number as well. For some reason, a few of these slip through the crack and ultimately do not get voided out. This problem has recently increased and is creating some difficulty for the person expecting that delivery. Both UPS and FEDEX are advising you to contact the shipping company if you are experiencing this problem. The sooner you do that the faster it will be straightened out. Good Luck, dawg
