I am now on my 3rd week. I have lost no weight. The appetite suppressing part definitely works, the irritability and dry mouth I have. I am still drinking water like I can't get enough. Energy the first week was fantastic and the second week disappeared.

I work out for at least an hour of sweat drenching cardio a night and do weights along with. I have seen no movement.

I am eating - I have a 32 oz soy milk fruit smoothie, 6 in wheat bread sandwich which I can finish, a banana, some grapes, and either a fist sized portion of sirloin or a chicken thigh for dinner, dessert after the workout is several strawberries with a dollop of Cool Whip Lite and a caffeine free diet Coke.

I started taking 5-HTP at night before I go to bed. I take the Phen in the AM a couple of hours after breakfast as my doc recommended. Taking it on an empty stomach makes me nauseaous.

After the 2nd week, I had no energy and now into the 3rd I feel utterly exhausted.

The only difference between week 1 and week 2 is the change when refilled from Ionamin brand to Eon generic.

Any suggestions??

Is the appetite suppression still working for you?

The appetite suppression is still working but not as it was the first week when I would eat 5 bites and than feel like I couldn't eat anymore for fear of getting ill. Even though I'm bored at work I totally don't think about reaching for food except when I'm highly highly stressed and than I try to pick a granola bar or something like that.

Are you seeing a doctor for these pills? It sounds really strange that you have seen no weight loss at all. You are doing everything right. It doesn't make sense unless there is some kind of underlying medical condition such as an underactive thyroid.

Yes, I have a script from my endo. I also have an underactive thyroid which all labs indicate is in normal range. Normal being .67 my last lab.
