cocoaroo-I understand that you are ready to get your order or your money back...we ALL would be. But Ian and dawg are here giving us help and advise that is basically voluntary, and which most of us have greatly appreciated.
I see you pm'd Ian on Saturday for help, then came back on Sunday AND Monday morning upset that you had no response yet. Calm down! Most businesses are closed for customer service on the weekends. How was he supposed to do anything about it on a Sunday? No offense intended, but if I were them, the criticism and complaints wouldn't exactly make me want to jump at the idea of helping anyone out....
And by the way, there was a national shortage of phentermine for a while that is just being remedied, and therefore an influx and backorder of meds. My guess is that alot of these companies are having trouble catching up. I ordered from ccbasket and it took 32 days to get mine, and the only response I got to emails were automated. But I did get it a few weeks ago-I was never even sent a tracking number as promised, it just showed up one day. Anyway, I'm happy to have it.
Contact your credit card company, and have them resolve it. By all means, get your money back, go to your regular doctor, and ask for a prescription. But the attorney general? I can't believe you are trying to have them investigate your emails here with Ian, who had nothing to do with your order....get a grip-he only offered to help you find out what happened.
