Billing MD

Ordered From Billing Md said they shipped the package Called FedEX when package did not arrive. Fed Ex says never shipped. Go to billing MD site post several messages asking for reply and where my package is no responce.

Called credit card company considering Fraud charges if no word by Friday.

If they would at least reply wouldnt be so bad.

Thanks for letting me vent. :P

Was supposed to recive them last thursday according to tracking number.
When I didnt recive them, I contacted Fed Ex to see if somehow I missed them even though I was home all day. They informed they never shipped and took the delivery time and date back off the tracking site. I went to billing md site and posted asking them to respond I had seen on other sites that Phen is being back ordered allot so thought maybe that was the issue. No responce,I knew according to there site they are only there M-F so did not repost until Monday still no reply on Tuesday so I again posted asking what was going on still no responce. I contacted my credit card company and they told me if I want to press for fraudulant charge charges I can and they would refund my money and go after Billing MD. So I went back to billing MD basically asked for a responce by Friday or I would have to get my credit card company involved I know they have my email and phone number I dont understand why they wont explain thereselves. :(

the same thing happened to me 4/24/06 and 14 emails with no reply
I called my ccard company and they said I could do a charge back.
I'd do the same if I were you and at least get it off your charge.

Hi dirtydawg, The only thing you need to do is contact your credit card company. Tell them you never received the merchandise and you are disputing this charge. It's not really fraud, it's just a shipping mishap. dawg

I ordered 4/24 and it is now 5/25 and I have not gotten my order from Billing MD. A charge is on my cc and the cc company said give the vendor 30 days so its 30 days and I'm calling to get a charge back from Billing MD.
I emailed them 14 times and no reply. Oh I have a tracking # UPS and they say contact shipper that's where the problem is.
I know just how you it is frustrating that they won't let you know anything.
Oh on 5/18/ my I had no active orders there.
They answered my emails everyone Closed by Customer service.
My history said it was sent . I didn't sign for anything and did not get anything but they got my money.
I'm getting carried away. But I'm in that boat with you.
