Hi everyone. I'm new to the site, but not to phen. I took phen 2 years ago and had great success. I tried it again at the beginning of April and it was good for a few days, but it just isn't anymore. I am hungry and I think that I either got fake pills, or I built a tolerance.

My question is this: Has anyone who has built a tolerance to the 37.5's gone down to 30s? If so, which color of the 30's did you use?

I had something similar happen to me....took 37.5 tabs long ago to lose pregnancy weight and it worked great. Ordered online later from some no-name company because it was cheap, and got pills that were either fake or expired or something, because they didn't work at all-I never even felt any effect. I just decided to try again, and I ordered from one of the sites listed here, ccbasket, and got a good batch again. They are working this time. Be careful where you buy them-cheaper isn't always better. You may not need a different dose, you may have gotten a bad lot of the pills!

Dear NewLifeNow, I haven't taken the 30 mg, but I wondered if, while waiting for that order to arrive, you have tried some things. Do you drink lemon in your water and are you drinking enough? Have you cut down your caffeine? Sometimes adding an amino acid called HTP-5 (sold at Wal*Mart and other places)gives the phen a boost. Let us know how you are doing. I would LOVE to know if the 30's work better for you~

Hi Mspesek. I drink at least 120 ounces of water a day!! I do put lemon in my water. I use CLA and I am considering using HTP-5. I have used phen before and I could actually feel it working. I don't with this batch of meds.

I will be getting the 30s at the close of the week and I will post on Monday how they worked over the weekend!
