I am so happy! :grin: I lost another 1.5 lbs! This is really helping me get in the swing of things! I did way better with my eating yesterday, so I thought the scale would move. I am finding that in the evenings, however, I am still scrounging for food. I eat my dinner and still want something later! I have been taking my 30 mg of phentermine (blue/white capsules) at 7 or a little after each morning. I have been able to go to sleep at night and sleep pretty well. Should I try taking it at maybe 8 in the morning or 8:30? I just don't want to be up all night! I have always been one who has had to stop all caffeine around 4 in the afternoon in order to sleep at night, so just wondering if phentermine would act the same as caffeine. Other than that, the jitters are getting a little bit better. I truly do love the energy I have been having! I am not so tired after work every night.
