I'm not even worried about the money i just figured this would work for me being that it works for my 400lb relative. I had my hopes up...but i guess i have a high tolerance. I lost 2 pounds mostly from eating right and drinking water.

You say that it's just not working for you. What IS it doing exactly? And how are you certain it's not working. I would need more details to help you better.
What types of foods are you eating? Are you exercising w/ this?

Amanda

Exactly what Amand said!

It is a combination of factors that promote weight loss. The phen is just one piece. :smt026

You need 8-10 glasses of water daily, small healthy meals and lots of exercise. What have you been trying? :-k

I agree-you can lose weight simply by eating less, but it will be a very slow process without the exercise.
How long have you been taking it? Some people expect very dramatic results, but the (depressing)fact is that a loss of 1-2 pounds per week is average-I have to keep telling myself that all the time. You see posts on here about some who lose lots of weight the first week or two-like 10 pounds, and while we all wish it would happen like that, it's not normal. When you lose that much that fast, it's mostly water weight. It's impossible for the body to lose that much fat in that amount of time. It takes 3500 calories (either more or less consumed than burned) to gain or lose 1 pound, period. There's no way around it.
