Hi, my name is Mollie.

I've been taking Phen off and on for many, many years and it simply no longer works for me. My clothes fit too tight and I'm miserable. I'm afraid to get on the scale because I am confident the number will scare me. I know this sounds crazy but I wear a 4 and have been for the past 10 years, however, I can feel myself fast moving up the scale even though I've not weighed in. I don't want to let the weight creep up on me before its way out of control. I eat healthy, nuts, veggies, fish, no red meat, and drink water (could increase), but what else can I do?

I feel so defeated and frustrated because I don't look like I know I can.

Any tips on getting Phen started again or should I switch to something else?

Sad in Texas.

Mollie,

I have had the same troubles that you are going through. I have been taking phen on and off for years as well. More recently, I was off of it for a year or two and started again because my clothes just weren't fitting me right. I'm short, so everything shows. I normally wear a 2. May sound crazy to some people as to why we have to worry about weight gain when we wear such small sizes, but everything shows when your petite and we're the only ones that know how we feel.

I was frustrated with phen because I was taking the 30 mg. time release capsule. Works like you wouldn't believe, but I had too many side effects adn couldn't deal with them anymore. I've switched to the 37.5 mg. tablet and break it in half, and there's no side effects. Only thing is, weight loss is going very, very slowly. Which one are you taking?? If you've stopped losing completely, maybe, if you haven't already done tried this, switch to the time release. Honestly, the weight loss with those pills was incredible!

The same thing is happening to me I was on 30 mg I lost 12 pds then when I went back to the dr I asked to switch to the 37.5 and now I am not really losing any weight it goes back and forth with 1-2 lb lost, do anyone know why this is happening, is time-released better than the capsul. please help.

And I am doing all the same things I was doing before such diet and exercise. so why the slow weight loss.
