Hey guys,
Just a quick ?...
I'm on my 2nd day, & I really don't notice too much of a decrease in my appetite. I'm getting really discouraged!!! :( And honestly, I'm not having many of the other side effects either, except that I didn't sleep good last night...
My ? is: Do you think it may take my body longer to adjust to the medicine or will I EVER feel a decrease in my appetite? Why does it work for most, & not for some???

I'm getting nervous that I wasted my $$$ big time!!! :(

I would give it a few more day and see if you notice any difference. If by chance you don't, you may be one of the few people with a natural tolerance to it. If that's the case, it's probably not going to help you. Like I said though, give if a few more days and see.

keep us posted.

Thanks so much for the reply!!! That's sorta what I was gonna do. Just wait a few more days & see if I notice a difference...I sure hope so! If by chance it doesn't work for me, I'm gonna give it to my hubby to try. He needs to lose too... :???:

Thanks again for replying & I will keep ya'll posted for sure!!!

Well, I've got good news!!! Today I noticed a few more of the side effects, & I'm getting more encouraged now!!! I had BAD cotton mouth alllll morning long! Up until about 12:30 this afternoon! So, that's a GOOD thing, right??? I just wanted water, water, water!
Also, I skipped breakfast, & when lunch time came around, I had to practically FORCE myself to eat! But I ate cuz I knew I needed the energy & I was starting to feel waaaaaay too jittery (I think a combination of the medicine + not eating all day).
I take a liquid multivitamin everyday, & I was taking it about an hour before my phentermine, so I didn't know if maybe that was messing the medicine up or not (cuz you're supposed to take it on an empty stomach), so today I took my phentermine first, & then my multi an hour later...don't know if that mattered or not, but I'll probably do it that way from now on...
As you've probably noticed on my ticker, I've already lost 4.5 pounds, but I'm almost POSITIVE it's just fluid, & I think I only lost it cuz I'm practically STARVING myself!!! :???:
Well, gonna get off here. Will update again tomorrow if I notice more positive changes in my appetite!

Hello Everyone,
I was introduced to Phentermine back in Feb I loved it at first. Ran out of pills and got back on and NOTHING
I guess I developed that tolerance I hear everyone talking about. So here I am gained 7 pounds back and depressed
I’ve been taking B12 1000mg pill everyday did a toxin cleanse and drinking lemon water all day long. I haven’t taken the
Pills for about a week now. My question is there something stronger than Phentermine 37.5? A different brand maybe?

Hi Ian and top-dawg;

New here. Just curious about an issue with regards to Phentermine tolerance that I haven't seen addressed here. Numerous members mention discontinuing their Phentermine for a "while" to allow dopamine, epinephrine, and norepinephrine to re-establish normal levels.

My question: how long does it take for neurotransmitters to normalize? Days, weeks, a month?

Thanks.

Hi colnago, The phentermine tolerance report that Ian wrote actually does address the issue. There isn't any answer to your question about nuerotransmitters and normalize? http://phenforum.com/phentermine-qui...-you-vf13.html You can click on this link to download the report. From looking at your stats, it appears that Phen IS working! Keep up the good work! I, on the other hand, am struggling to lose much of anything. Today marks my third week and so far I've only lost 2.8 lbs! Talk about depressing. Anyway, good luck to you!
