How long of a delay

New member here. Looks like a great site, Ian. Just wanted to see what kind of delay should I expect. My debit card wasn't working for some reason, so I had to pay with an online check. After I ordered, I get an e-mail that reads:

Thank you for your order for Phentermine.
As we mentioned when you placed your order, we will ship within 5 days.
Please be patient as there is a current shortage of Phentermine in the market and we are doing all we can to accommodate your order as rapidly as possible.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
Sincerely,
Customer Service.

So, it says we will ship within 5 days, but that also there's a delay. Just wanted to see what you think. Thanks a lot. :grin:

That's a very good question there. Who did you order from? That may help determine about how long it will take. Some places are getting them out quicker than expected and other's aren't. I think alot of it depends on the number of orders they have and how much supply they have. Let us know who you ordered from though for sure.

Well it really all depends, like I said, on how many orders they have and how much supply they have. Some only take 2-5 days...there have been the occasional case of waiting quite a bit longer. I hope you get your's soon though!

I got the same thing....when I placed my order, they said 5 days on the original website. When I got my order confirmation, they said 10-15 days. After that time had passed, I emailed them and was told it would be 7-10 days after my email. There really was a shortage, and not just with ccbasket. I thnink they did the best they could, but it is disappointing to wait and wait. In all it took 32 days after my order was placed, but I did get them. The shortage was over for a while, but I think it's back on again. It's probably just unpredictable from their supplier.

Still no meds and I ordered from CC basket, says approved by Dr but no tracking info, I tried calling but get no answer! getting frustrated and hungry lol

Hi prettyputergeek, I have heard from Ian that they are once again having some kind of delay or back-up, I'm not sure which. If you are willing to be persistent or maybe I should say be patient, you will get through on one of these numbers. You may spend some time on hold but you will get through. I will certainly try, I actually spoke to them last week and they gave me 2 different excuses, the first was the pharmacy was out so they were switching me over to another one to be fulfilled, then it was an error in the system so who knows what is going to happen lol waiting a while longer wont kill me i guess but it is frustrating. Thanks for the numbers!!
