I never had the mood problems myself, but I've heard other's on here talk about it before. I think it's a side effect of the PHentermine. I honestly don't know anything about that part. I'm sorry I can't help w/ it.
However, the reason you are getting so tired in the afternoon, is because you aren't eating right. I know this for a fact, because I DID have that problem. More than likely you just aren't eating enough of the right things. Try eating about an hour after you take the Phentermine. And, have some type of protein w/ EVERY meal. You're body has to have enough calories through out the day to have energy to go on. I would say you probably just aren't getting enough calories in, and not eating enough protiens. Also, 4-5 mini meals a day is a helpful as well. This helps to speed up your metabolism too. Try this and see if it helps any. And keep me posted. Hopefully someone who has the mood problems will post for you also.
