DONT DO IT!!! i have been taking zoloft for over a year. my doctor recently prescribed me phentramin to kick off my new weightloss plan. i had been taking it for over a month. saturday night i had a mini stroke and it was very scary. for everyone! i had every test done possible and there were no signs in my blood or brain for a logical reason for this scare. the only thing they said it could have possibly had been was the mixer of zoloft and phentramin. needless to say, i stopped taking phen immediately!!!!! it did seem to be working but not worth my health or potentially dieing. do dont even think about it, just dont do it. if you want more details you can email me but just got back from two days in the hospital and want to rest. good luck!

Let me just say that I took Zoloft for 1 day with phentermine and thought that I had gremlins in my head pulling my muscles out. That was the last time i ever took that combination.

I take wellbutrin along with my phentermine and I haven't had any problem. I'm going to phone the pharmacist now. This is a little scary.

Ok if you pay attention to phentermine or you do some research it states that you should avoid anti depressants because the two combined has adverse effects so seek advice from a doctor and always be careful when mixing drugs.Keep in mind that you can always call and talk to your local pharmacy they can usually let you know. But I am pretty sure you can not mix them ok Good Day to all
