Hi everyone!
A lot of you guys know me, as I've been here over 2 weeks already, but I have a ?... I've read a lot on here about lemon water. What exactly is it, or how do you make it? I'd like to give that a try. Sorry if this was a dumb ?... :? Thanks in advance for any help you can give me! |

:-D Hi, Joy! I have read this somewhere on this forum, but don't make mine by the gallon as were the instructions for what I read. I am not sure how it works, but it tastes great and gives lots of vitamin C! I use about a teaspoon of bottled Real Lemon juice in about 10 oz. of water. Add a packet of Equal, fill with ice and VOILA!
