Today I took the 1st one. Don't know if it's right. Help!

Hello all!
I just started taking the phentermine 37.5 that I ordered online. It has the imprint A-159 on it and is a white tablet with blue specks. From research I've done on it it should be legit. Right?

I took my first dose this am about 15 minutes before breakfast. Got a little nausous (sp) so I drank a Slim Fast. 30 minutes later I got pretty "speedy" (heart a little faster, sweating a little, couldn't really stand still) but that ended after 2 hours and now I'm so tired I can barely stand. And I've been hungry all day except those two hours.

I thought that this was supposed to work longer, especially with the dosage I got. What is going on?

Any help would be great! Thank you!

That phentermine won't work for everyone or that the 37.5 won't?

I'm currently on Wellbutrin. Have been for over a year.

Hi, I felt "speedy" and "nauseous" several times the first few weeks. Also headachey, and sometimes dizzy. But it did supress my appetite, so it was worth it. I wonder if you got the 30 mg. if it would be better. They are long-acting, and I am not sure if the one you are taking is.

Take the pill atleast an hour before you eat anything. And MAKE SURE YOU ARE EATING ENOUGH! Even if you don't feel hungry, you have to make youself eat. You're body has to have energy to go, and if you aren't eating enough, you aren't getting energy.
The tiredness will go away once you are taking it right and eating right.
The "jittery" feeling is a common side effect that will eventually go away. Mine went away w/ in a week.
As for sleep, that too will get better, just another common side effect.

WHOA mandjsmom, you can not take phentermine and welbutrin at the same time! It is very dangerous!!!

Ok, so I don't have any of those conditions. Is that their only concern?

If you wouldn't mind, please explain that to me in plain english. Maybe I'll understand more of what you're trying to say and as to why they're not good together.

Hi there. I noticed your post about taking Wellbutrin and Phentermine. I take Wellbutrin XL 300 mg a day and I also take Phentermine 30 mg. I was advised by my doctor that I needed to be monitored closely because the two medicines could have a bad reaction when combined.

I don't know a whole lot about the side effects, but I have had my heartbeat increase a little and I've gotten warmer or hotter than normal. But I'm fine so far. I've been taking the medicines together for about two weeks so I'm still being cautious.

Are you seeing a doctor for your medicines or just buying them online? I would recommend seeing a doctor if you haven't already to make sure that you can take both drugs at the same time.
