To answer your question, it is just as Robyn5678 said, those of us who have a larger quantity of weight to lose, will lose it in nice chunky blocks of 10 lbs the first week, 7 the next, another 5 the next, etc...but it eventually slows down the closer you get to your goal weight because there isn't as much to lose. If you want to improve weight lose, drink more water and start getting in more exercise or activity to boost the calorie expenditure, this is the only way you will see a change.
Look at the bright side, you are 2 or 3 lbs lighter than last week, better than zero. We all want that quick fix, but even as good as Phentermine does work for many, in the end, there is no true, "magic" pill.
There are some "tricks" out there, but the best way to lose faster is to work out. Have fun and good luck!
