Help!!I ordered thru drugsupplier.biz and the billing is thru ccbasket in e-check, it's been 3 weeks and nothing except my money gone!! Does anyone have eny ideas or helpful info on this? :???:

I recently ordered from ccbasket a couple of weeks ago. I was told from customer service I would recieve my order in 3 to 5 business days. Those days passed so I wrote back to see what was going on.....They said I would have to wait 7 to 10 business days and would have to wait a bit but I would recieve it! I went back to check on it and the site is off the internet!!! Do you know if I have lost my money?

Hi cranky, Welcome to the board. CCBasket and a few others shut down or were shut down, with no advance notice to any one at all. I'm not sure how exactly how you paid for your order, but either way, you can get a refund/charge back/ etc. The method you use depends on how you paid for this. Ian, owner of phenforum, posted an announcement about CCBasket and what to do in re: money back.
