Can or can't you mix phentermine and phendimetrazine

A diet Dr. that I went to along time ago mixed them......you took 1 phendimetrazine in the am and 1 phentermine in the afternoon....is that okat was are the reasons not to

My brother in law has been going to a diet doctor in Houston, TX and has been given this combo. In 1 month he lost 23 lbs. I believe the reason the combo was discontinued due to the fact it could cause heart damage in some patients. He goes to this doctor once a month and is given an EKG at each session. I hope this helps.

I'm kinda tempted to do it but I'm scared. I have a 3 month supply of the phentermine right now. I guess I'll weight till I finish them and see what my results are.

I have both....but I don't want to cause any damage to my heart by mixing them if that is the case...

Hi

I went to a seminar and the Doctor their believed phendimetrazine(Bonotril) causes heart problems alone. He strongly feels that this product should be pulled by the FDA. He never prescribes it.

On the other hand I have heard of several people taking this combo and it working wonders for them. They take 37.5 or 30 mg of phen in the AM and 35 mg of phend in the afternoon. I am actually looking to taking this combinantion my self.

The best that I could advise is to find a site where you can put in medications and then it tells you drug interactions.

I am not in any way recomending to anyone to take this combination. There isn't, however any drug interactions with them. There could be, if either is taken in excess. (We did not find any drug interactions between the following drugs: phentermine,phendimetrazine.)
