I just wanted to let everyone know what happened, in case someone has a similar experiance in the future!

I had left an email last night (Sunday, since I couldn't get a hold of them any other way until today) stating that I wished to cancel, but not before knowing all of their cancellation policies.

Well, first thing this morning (right at 9 am - their business hours are 9-5 M-F, EST) I gave them a ring. The first two times I think maybe I called earlier than 9 even though my clocks on the pc and cable tv said it was after 9, because I kept getting a thing saying, "All representatives are busy, please hold," and then it would give an option to leave a message. The third time was the charm because I immediately got a friendly rep.

She said that, even though it was right at opening the first business day after I ordered, my processing had gone too far! My options were to either A) accept the package when it arrives and deal or B) ignore the shipment and have it be sent back, but I would be blacklisted (bolded so people don't miss it). I decided to go ahead with the shipment so that I will have the option of reordering from them if I needed to in the future.

It was my missed opportunity, not their mistake, so I am not upset and understanding of all that has happened. Their rep was very friendly and very helpful! She even gave me my tracking number when I mentioned I didn't see it yet under "My Account," on the site.

I also told her of my concern that whomever answers the emails for the company would see mine, think I had still wanted to cancel and possibly add me to the bad buyers list. She assured me that it would not happen as long as I accepted the order and that, all they could do at this point was send me an email reiterating everything she'd already told me. She then made a point to put an email in the system on my behalf so that the email person would know what was happening and not send me an email full of stuff I already knew.

So, in summary, I would certainly recommend them thus far because of the super fast processing and helpful employees. As long as the order gets here and it correct, I would say they are great to deal with! My only concern now is that in the other threads people mentioned getting incorrect meds and I haven't seen any updates on how those fiascos have been handled (hopefully with the same service I've recieved so far - prompt and awesome)...

Haha, I just kick myself for not being awake enough to ask to speak to her supervisor at the end of the call to commend her. I always try to do that when I get good service to reinforce that it DOES make a difference to customers!

I ordered from mylittlepharmacy in April and recieved capsules in one less than 24hrs. Then I ordered last week and recieved them in 1 1/2 days but the capsules were the pills. I was fine with keeping them but wanted to see what they would do so I called and the lady was very nice but since I paid c.o.d. so they would give me the 15 off with discount code and 10 off next time I ordered to replace my money.The first option was for them to have fedex pick back up the package and then send me the right thing but I did'nt want to take the chance. I did'nt think that pharmacies are supposed to take back meds but she said they would be discarded so I don't know. The pills do seem to help and I get a dry mouth but the capsules being slow release I think work longer but I am still happy. Especially for the quick service!!

Mylittlepharmacy sure does make a lot of 'mistakes'. Everything from sending muscle relaxers instead of phentermine, tablets instead of capsules to using a non-existent pharmacy (dry cleaner) to a Doctor who doesn't have a valid D.E.A. narcotics license. Once again, federal law prohibits the return of ANY MEDICATION. :smt102 ](*,) ](*,) But, hey, they are cheap and that's what seems to matter to a few people. Weak, you were right to refuse to return the meds, but you could have demanded that they send you what you ordered. WAY TO GO MYLITTLEPHARMACY!!! :smt023 :smt038 :smt038

Well, we could order here, or we could order from safescripts.com and have unexpected and unauthorozed charges of $179.00 show up on c.c. statements like Jul had happen to her. Not to mention the problems with contacting customer service. ALL online pharmacies are going to make mistakes and probably ALL of them are selling info. to third parties. If they were legitimate companies they wouldn't be selling controlled substances on the internet in the first place. From the looks of it, we are ordering from whichever company is getting out their product, not from who is the most reputable. But, do reputable and online drugs really go together?

Just to let you know Jason, Safascriptsonline had nothing whatsoever to do with the $179.00 unauthorized charge that showed up on Jul's c.c. I said her information was probably sold to someone by one of the sites that were shut down. As for problems contacting customer service, I wouldn't consider THAT a problem with contact at all. ALL online pharmacies don't make mistakes, nor do ALL of them sell personal information to third parties. An online ordering site keeps their customer information PRIVATE. The customer is the very thing that keeps them in business. Reputable? Yes, it does apply. How? They have a good reputation. WHY? They haven't "ripped anyone off", or delivered fake drugs, they do use a U.S. licensed doc and pharmacy. Ian, THROUGHLY researched SSO before placing them on this website as a TRUSTED order site. Please don't misconstrue and twist what I have in a post. It tends to mislead people. GET IT STRAIGHT BEFORE IT"S TO LATE! I detest it when someone makes me be RUDE :( Mike :(
