I just had a baby in April and started phen July 13th. I've lost 5 lbs and have 15 more to go. I've been exercising about 5 times a week and eating REALLY healthy. No sweets, no white breads, (only whole grains), no sodas, nada. It's pretty amazing that i've been able to go this long without having any cravings for that junk food. I try to eat protein for every meal, drink LOTS of lemon water and crystal light, and make sure to have snacks in between meals (cheese stick, nuts, etc.). So far so good. Also no snacking after 7:00-7:30. To get rid of the stomach all you can do is cardio cardio cardio and then more cardio. And of course to define those muscles, start doing crunches every day. I started at 3 sets of 20 and am now up to doing 200 a day. Also, check into doing the cycling class or kickboxing classes at your gym. I've been going and I love it. A good kickboxing class for an hour will easily burn 500 calories. Good luck and congratulations! You can do it! :grin:
