Someone here mentioned something about the apple detox diet before. But for some reason, I can no longer find the post. I would like more information about it, if any of you have tried it. How many days did you stay on it? How much weight did you lose? Is it true that you only eat apples, core and all and nothing else? I'm thinking detox would be good for me to get moving again. So please shed some light on this. Thanks alot!
